I’m by no means a chef or dietitian, but I AM a recent college grad who lost 60 pounds by cooking healthy delicious recipes. I’ve adapted my favorite foods into healthier variations, but if you look close enough you may just find a couple cheat day meals (I’m only human after all).

Admittedly, I started this blog because adult life is boring and I need a hobby, but I hope it does more than just entertain me for a couple hours a week. I hope it helps you ditch the Uber Eats, the dining hall fries and pizza, and the late night munchies and helps you “Eat Like A Grown Up”.
